This policy explains what information Vantry collects when you use vantryai.com, why we need it and what you can do about it.
The short version: we only collect what we need to build and run your website, we never sell your information, and we don't use advertising trackers on this site.
What we collect
- Preview form: your business name, city, other towns you serve, services, business phone, email and any notes you add.
- When you buy: your name, email and billing details. Card details go straight to Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- When you email us: your email address and whatever you include in your message.
How we use it
- To create your website previews and build your site
- To set up your domain and hosting
- To send receipts, renewal reminders and replies to your questions
- To stop people from misusing the free preview tool
We don't sell your information or share it for advertising. Your business details appear publicly on your website only once you buy and approve it.
Services that help us
We use a few trusted companies to run Vantry. They only get the information they need to do their part:
- Anthropic receives your preview form answers so its AI can write your site's words, and questions typed into a Vantry Plus chat helper so it can answer them
- Cloudflare runs the preview tool and stores previews
- Stripe processes payments
- Twilio runs Vantry Plus phone lines and texts (for example, a text back after a missed call). Phone numbers and messages pass through Twilio to deliver them
- Zoho handles our email and customer records
- GitHub hosts this website
How long we keep it
Previews are deleted automatically after 30 days. If you become a customer, we keep your details while your site is active and as long as we need them for tax and legal records afterward.
Cookies
This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Stripe may set cookies on its checkout page to process payments safely.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we have about you. Email booking@vantryai.com and we'll take care of it.
Children
Vantry is for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
