These terms cover your use of vantryai.com, our free previews and our paid website plans. By requesting a preview or buying a plan, you agree to them.
What we do
Vantry builds one-page websites for local service businesses. You answer a few questions, we create free previews in three styles, and if you buy, we finish your chosen site, connect a custom domain and host it.
Free previews
Previews are free and you don't need a card. Each email address gets two preview requests. Previews are drafts made with the help of AI and are deleted after 30 days.
Plans and prices
- One-time website: $199.99. Includes your finished site, a custom domain, the first year of hosting and 30 days of launch support.
- $0-down plan: $49/month for 12 months ($588 total). Includes the same website package. You agree to all 12 payments when you sign up.
- Renewal: $50/year after the first year keeps your site and domain running. We email you before each renewal.
- Vantry Plus (optional): $39/month, with a 14-day free trial. Missed-call text-back through a local phone line we provide, new requests by text, review requests, pick-a-time booking requests, a chat helper and a payment link on your site. If you cancel during the free trial, you aren't charged. Cancel any time from your account; Plus stops at the end of the period you paid for and your website stays online. The phone line belongs to Vantry and is released when Plus ends. You agree to only send review requests to your own customers, and you're responsible for texts you ask us to send. Booking requests are requests, not confirmed appointments. The chat helper answers from your site's information and can make mistakes.
Payments are handled by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars.
Your content and accuracy
AI helps write your site's words, and a real person reviews every site before it goes live. You're responsible for checking that everything on your site is true, including your services, prices, service areas, licenses and contact details. We won't add licenses, reviews, awards or years in business that you didn't give us.
Only send us photos, logos and text you have the right to use.
Who owns what
Your domain belongs to you, and so do your business name, logo, photos and the words on your site. We give you the ownership and access details with your website. The design templates and code we use to build sites stay ours, and you have the right to use them for your site for as long as it's hosted with us.
What we don't promise
"Google-ready" means we set up your site's basic search information and structure. We don't guarantee search rankings, calls, leads or sales. We work to keep your site online, but we can't promise it will never be down.
Things you can't use your site for
No illegal content, scams, misleading claims, or content that infringes on someone else's rights. We may take a site offline if it breaks these rules.
Cancelling
How cancelling and refunds work is explained in our Refund Policy. If you stop paying for hosting, your site goes offline, but your domain stays yours.
Limit on our liability
As far as the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not responsible for lost profits or other indirect losses.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. If a change affects a plan you already pay for, we'll email you first. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
