Refund Policy

Here's exactly how refunds and cancellations work for each plan, in plain terms.

One-time website ($199.99)

• Before your site goes live: full refund. If we've already registered your domain, it stays yours and we keep up to $20 to cover its cost.
• After your site goes live: we don't refund the build, but you get 30 days of launch support. If something on your site doesn't match what we promised, we'll fix it for free.

$0-down plan ($49/month)

• Before your site goes live: cancel and we refund what you've paid, minus up to $20 if we've already registered your domain.
• After your site goes live: this plan has a 12-month minimum. If you cancel early, the rest of the 12 payments are still due. Once all 12 are paid, your site continues at the $50/year renewal.

Site Care ($29/month)

Cancel anytime. Site Care stops at the end of your current month. We don't give refunds for partial months.

Yearly renewal ($50/year)

We email you before your renewal date. Cancel before then and you won't be charged. If you're charged and email us within 7 days, we'll refund the renewal and take the site offline. Your domain stays yours either way.

How to ask for a refund

Email booking@vantryai.com from the address you used to buy. Tell us your business name and what you'd like. We reply within 2 business days, and approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe. Banks usually take 5–10 business days to show it.

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. We can usually sort it out faster.
